haha, this was me last year! I had to suddenly come up with a "business casual" wardrobe -- no sneakers allowed except on "Wacky Wednesdays" where they let you be a little more creative because you had to dress the theme for the day and I could then wear nice clean sneakers. I managed to settle mostly on dark jeans and pants with v neck t-shirts and a light sweater button up to go over that and lots of cool colors ( i always wore the bottom buttons undone so you could see my matching belt! I always got compliments and I filled up my closet with these sweaters from the local thrifts so it was quite doable!
You drew ME, I swear. Just got a job and went to put on my go-to work pants, but what once was roomy is all too taut! Turns out I don't need a belt anymore though - they stay up just fine now, ugh.
