Looby Journal #6: Brainstorming a plot with the freedom of a mind map.

Hi hi my Wednesday friends,

This week I spent a little time loosely brainstorming my graphic novel.

I have been working on the plot for an elaborate three-part, epic, Ring-Cycle-style (but with talking cats and mysterious beings from outer space) magnum opus for a while now, but new ideas keep sneaking in and hijacking me. I have been finding it a frustratingly slow process which constantly overwhelms me and threatens to grind to a halt altogether. Two weeks ago, I promised a friend, who acts as a kind of accountability partner, that I would have a storyline plotted out and ready for our next meeting. I knew I had to get down to business.
